By blending analytics, educator feedback, and real‑world context, I lead data-driven decisions that are grounded in both evidence and practical realities. Data drives my decision making and ensures that professional learning and digital tools deliver meaningful value for educators and students. I build systems that make data visible, actionable, and directly tied to instructional outcomes.
When designing districtwide onboarding courses and professional learning programs in Broward County Public Schools, I monitored enrollment, completion patterns, and engagement. I used this information to adapt our content, adjust pacing, and identify where additional support was needed.
My Instructional Technology Facilitators were assigned to each of the 240 schools and provided support based on the data we collected. These insights informed course iterations, resource updates, and coaching for school leaders as part of our rollout strategy.
For our digital applications, I regularly analyzed adoption and usage data for instructional technology tools to identify strong implementation areas, stalled progress, and educator pain points. These findings shaped district decisions about training priorities and communication plans. During virtual events and large‑scale trainings, I resolved issues in real time. I used post‑session data to improve future delivery of courses.
My data work also supported program and course design. While contributing to the development of some of our AI professional learning courses, I used feedback loops from teachers and early usage patterns to refine lesson flow and clarify instructions, resulting in a stronger overall learning experience.
With school and district leaders, I use data to build story‑driven demonstrations that highlight opportunities, gaps, and the impact of proposed solutions. More information about this can be found on the School Transformation Office (STO) Partnership page.
Through this data‑informed approach, I strengthened decision‑making systems, improved instructional technology implementation, and ensured that professional learning remained responsive, relevant, and impactful.
