I lead districtwide professional learning that empowers educators, administrators, and staff to confidently integrate instructional technology, artificial intelligence, and digital tools into teaching and learning. My work spans the full lifecycle of professional learning, from needs assessment and content design to facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every learning experience is aligned with district priorities and that the participant can use what they have learned in their classroom the very next day.
I designed and delivered high impact synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences that reached thousands of educators across Broward County Public Schools, focusing on digital instruction, AI literacy, Canvas proficiency, and innovative teaching practices. These sessions were grounded in adult learning principles that supported engagement, clarity, and long term adoption, and I provided targeted coaching and modeling in schools so educators could confidently apply new strategies in their classrooms. Most recently, I delivered focused AI training for educators and school leaders, including presenting Artificial Intelligence Best Practices for Assistant Principals at the districtwide Assistant Principal Meeting. I guided administrators, teachers, and district staff on AI adoption, instructional impact, and policy considerations to help leaders make informed decisions about technology use and implementation.
As the leader of a team of eight Instructional Technology Facilitators, I assigned staff to schools for tailored technology training, coaching, and content development. I monitored performance, guided project outcomes, and consistently earned districtwide feedback that highlighted the team’s responsiveness, expertise, and impact. I orchestrated the development of more than thirty districtwide professional learning courses and guided facilitators through the full course creation process to ensure instructional quality, compliance, and an exceptional learner experience. I also conducted iterative check ins with course creators and provided coaching and feedback to maintain consistency, accessibility, and alignment with district standards.
I collaborate with departments across the district to co‑design initiatives, integrate digital tools into curriculum and instruction, and align professional learning with broader academic goals. I also manage training logistics through Microsoft Bookings, ensuring seamless registration, communication, and user experience.
