As a district‑level Canvas administrator for one of the largest school systems in the nation, I provide strategic and technical leadership to maintain a seamless, instructionally aligned digital learning environment for more than 20,000 users. I manage account provisioning, set role‑based permissions, and resolve escalations beyond Level 1 support, ensuring Canvas consistently supports curriculum, assessment, professional learning, and digital innovation.
I collaborate with district departments and school leaders to maintain system reliability, resolve high‑impact issues, and guide stakeholders through system changes, updates, and new digital tools. I also lead the design and quality assurance of Canvas‑based learning experiences, including overseeing the development of more than thirty districtwide professional learning courses aligned with adult learning principles and district standards.
Additionally, I manage and publish districtwide Global Announcements, ensuring timely, high‑visibility communication of instructional technology updates and resources.
