I led the development, coordination, and quality review of the district's artificial intelligence coursework, ensuring all content was instructionally sound, accessible, and aligned with district priorities for responsible AI adoption. The work spanned two phases, a brief remote summer development period and a continuation at the start of the school year, with eight Instructional Technology Facilitators building courses simultaneously.

To keep everything moving, I created individual tracking documents for each course and shifted to in-person and Teams meetings with documented follow-up as the team returned in August. I provided ongoing coaching and feedback throughout, and reviewed and approved the standardized design template the team developed, which became the shared framework for all 30+ courses.

Every course went through my quality review before release district-wide, and was evaluated for accuracy, practical application, and design consistency. After each course ran, I reviewed participant feedback alongside the course creators and made adjustments where the data supported it.
