I led the development, coordination, and quality review of the district’s artificial intelligence coursework, ensuring all content was instructionally sound, accessible, and aligned with priorities for responsible AI adoption.
I guided the creation of more than thirty courses, providing ongoing coaching to strengthen instructional design, clarity, and alignment with adult learning principles.
I reviewed every course prior to districtwide release, ensuring accuracy, practical application, and consistent quality so staff across 240 schools could confidently engage with AI concepts and tools.
Collaboration and Building Scalable Systems
Under my leadership, my team developed a standardized design template that every facilitator used in their course creation. This template became the department’s shared framework, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high‑quality design across all courses.
I collaborated with cross‑departmental partners to ensure the coursework aligned with district goals for AI literacy, responsible use, and instructional impact.
I provided direction on sequencing, learning pathways, and real classroom examples to keep the content relevant and immediately applicable.
Through this work, I helped build a scalable AI learning ecosystem that strengthened district capacity for AI integration and positioned schools to adopt emerging technologies with clarity and confidence.
